AZ Agentic Automation (“we”) is a small Arizona business. This page explains what we collect when you use this site or talk to our assistant, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Messages you type into the chat assistant on this site.
• Contact details you choose to give us: name, phone, email and what you need.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address and device type.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and follow up on the request you made.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it to send marketing texts unless you clearly agree to that.

The chat assistant is an AI

The assistant on this site is an AI. Your chat messages are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce replies, and by our email provider when a message is forwarded to us. Do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details in chat.

Calls and texts for our clients

When we set up an assistant for a business, that business is responsible for telling its customers that calls or texts may be handled or recorded by an AI. Our setup includes a plain disclosure in the greeting. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help.

Keeping it

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then delete them.
